Delete Your Account

Request Deletion

Enter the email address you registered with. We'll send you a confirmation link to prove the request is really yours — your account is only deleted after you tap it.

What Gets Deleted

Confirming permanently erases, across every prayer category you joined:

Your account and email address
Your Hebrew name and the details you registered with
Your full prayer history and daily Tehillim log
Your current and past partner matches
Any good-news story you submitted
Notification settings and push tokens for your devices

This is immediate and cannot be undone. If you are currently matched, your partner is returned to the waiting pool and told only that their partner has left — never that you deleted your account.

What We Keep

We keep no personal record of you after deletion. Two narrow exceptions, neither of which identifies you:

Aggregate counts — totals like "chapters of Tehillim said" that are already anonymous and contain no link back to you.
Security and delivery logs — routine server logs that may contain an IP address or email delivery record. These roll off automatically within 30 days.

Prefer to Do It In the App?

Open the Davenen app, go to the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Either route removes the same data.
